Septone Rust Prime 4L

Septone Rust Prime 4L is a water-based chemical designed to convert rust into an inert black compound. This process simultaneously primes and seals the metal surface, preparing it for subsequent priming and topcoating. It can be applied to various rusted surfaces, including galvanized roofs, ornamental ironwork, fencing, structural steel, and hand tools, as well as being suitable for certain marine applications. While it offers temporary protection against rust, it should not be considered a final corrosion resistant coating; primer coats and top coats should be applied as soon as possible after treatment, and within four weeks.
