Our Fulfilment Process

Allux Trade Supplies manages all fulfilment operations internally to maintain accuracy and consistency. Stock from our suppliers is delivered directly to our New South Wales warehouse, where it is checked, stored, and prepared for orders.

Every item listed as “in stock” is physically held on-site, allowing us to confirm availability in real time and pack each order manually. By keeping fulfilment in-house, we ensure clear handling processes, reliable dispatch scheduling, and direct communication with customers throughout the order process.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our New South Wales warehouse using reputable third-party courier services, selected based on destination and order requirements.

Delivery is available Australia-wide, with estimated delivery timeframes varying by location and carrier. Once dispatched, tracking details are provided where available.
