The Permatex 84115 Plastic Welder is a 25ml structural adhesive designed for reliable, general-purpose bonding of materials including hard and soft plastics to specified surfaces. This adhesive forms a tough, durable bond across a variety of substrates such as most plastics, composites, ceramics, and wood, achieving permanent strength up to 3500 PSI. It offers fast curing, with the mixed adhesive gelling in 5 to 6 minutes and fixturing in 9 to 10 minutes at room temperature, without the need for primers. This cream-colored formula is water and chemically resistant, suitable for temperatures ranging from -51°C to 121°C, and provides gap filling capabilities up to 3.175mm, though it is important to note that it will not bond most polyethylene or polypropylene plastics.
